The CoinList mobile app was removed from the App Store and Google Play Store while we work on improving the customer experience on mobile.
While new downloads have been disabled, the app will still work for those that already have it.
Who can use the CoinList mobile app?
U.S. residents from most states can trade and store virtual currencies on CoinList as long as they meet local laws regarding investment compliance and complete KYC. Non-U.S. residents can trade on CoinList as long as they meet local laws regarding investment compliance and complete KYC. Can I do all of the same things on the CoinList Mobile App?
The CoinList app allows you to buy and sell leading cryptocurrencies with U.S. dollars or stablecoins. You can securely store, deposit, and send your crypto using our best-in-class custody partners with no fees.

What is the six-digit passcode?
When you log in to the CoinList iOS / Android app for the first time, you will be asked to choose a six-digit passcode. This passcode is for accessing the app and is different from your CoinList multi-factor authentication code.
The six-digit passcode adds another layer of protection to your account because many users have their multi-factor authentication app on the same phone as the CoinList app. There is also an option for you to enable biometric (face or fingerprint) unlock.
If you forget your passcode, logout and log back in again. The app will ask you to set a new passcode.
The "New device approval" email link didn't work.
The first time you log in to the CoinList iOS / Android app, you will be asked to approve the new device. You will receive an email from CoinList that you must access on the same device that you are logging in from. For example, if you downloaded the app onto your phone and are approving this device, do not access the email from your computer or tablet, as it will not approve your phone. Upon opening the email, you will click the “Approve this device” button at the bottom.
If you are using your phone or tablet, the “Approve this device” button in the email may open a browser instead of the CoinList app. This prevents the app from approving the device. Below are ways to resolve this.
Try long-pressing the link. Your email may display an option for you to "open link" in the CoinList app.
Please make sure you are using the most recent "New device approval" email that is sent to you after your log in attempt.
If that doesn’t work:
For iOS, copy the link from the email you received and paste into a new Safari browser.
Go to your phone settings.
Search for "opening links."
Find "CoinList" under Installed Apps.
Select "allow app to open supported links" or "ask every time".
